They pay you a base rate and sell it as x/hour for 8 hours but in reality you are working way longer. They want you there early in the AM which is fine but require you to hit certain stores twice per day after a certain time. It ends up being 12 hour days but your only paid for 8. Overtime is weird it’s not true time and a half and it only screws you.
